Signed in pencil under the belly, this guitar is a rare example of the work of Charles Brugere. Brugere worked in Mirecourt under licence to several firms, including Lacote and he is recognised as the most important maker of his generation in France.
This guitar has birdseye maple back & sides, the back veneered on pine, the purflings are ebony and boxwood and it retains it original bridge, frets and fingerboard.
The neck is in perfect condition, the tone is mellow, rich and even and the instrument is in fully playable condition. Bearing the unusual original label of Coffe-Goguette - Prix : Nous contacter
